Champion Health and Fitness is located in the city of Rockford Michigan (north of Grand Rapids) at the Rum Creek Corners (northeast corner of 10 Mile and Northland Drive).  From US-131, drive east on 10 Mile through downtown Rockford.  Just past Northland Drive on the left (North) side turn left into the 3rd driveway - our entrance is at the far end of the building by the 3 pillars (Body, Mind, Spirit).

From Grand Rapids, you can also drive North on either the Beltline (M-37) or Plainfield until you reach 10 Mile -- turn right on 10 Mile and left in the 3rd driveway on the left.
