Victoria Carlson is a relatively new member of Champion Health and Fitness. She joined last November because Champion was close to her home, she loves aquatics, and it seemed to have everything she needed.

Tory was nominated as a Champions Among Us for the inspiration she gives people who face difficult obstacles. Before Tory's mom died suddenly this past winter, Tory and her mom use to come regularly to Champion. After her death, Tory needed something positive to focus on, so Tory focused on her health and wellness at Champion.

Martha Munch, a Champion Health Coach, also helped Tory through this time by answering her health and fitness questions and genuinely caring about Tory's success. Now, Tory is continuing to make positive lifestyle choices… "I'm even eating fruits and vegetables."

At Champion, Tory participates in the resistance, cardio, aquatics and health coaching programs. She loves the way the equipment and programs constantly challenge and motivate her. Outside of Champion, Tory enjoys counted cross-stitching, quilting, collecting bears, bike riding, and swimming. She is also a dog and cat lover.
