Robert joined Champion Health and Fitness in October of 2003. Robert joined Champion in order to prepare for the racing season with USCF, to reduce body fat, and to lose weight.

Robert was nominated to be a Champions Among Us by Jamie Stuck, a Champion Health Coach. Jamie nominated Robert because he is extremely dedicated and always stays active. Since joining Champion, Robert has lost 21 pounds and increased his lean muscle mass! Robert not only enjoys working out at Champion, he also enjoys using Champion as a social outlet to meet new people.

Additionally since joining Champion, Robert has started to ride his bike again. It is evident when anyone sees Robert that he truly enjoys spending time here at Champion.

At Champion, Robert also enjoys the pool, where he swims laps three times per week. Outside of Champion, Robert is a CAT4 Road Racer and a CAT4 Official for USCF. He also has a daughter, son-in-law and grandson who live in Rockford. 

Robert has a great attitude and we are glad to have him as a Champion member!
