KENTWOOD CHILD CARE

1. Please show your membership card each visit when you register your child(ren).  When paying per visit, make your payment at the Front Desk and present your receipt when you register your child(ren).
2. Child care is only available to children of members and guests while they are inside Champion Health and Fitness Center.  Parents may not drop off their children then leave the club.  Arrangements must be made in advance if a different parent than the one who dropped the child off is going back to pick the child up.
3. There is a 1-1/2 hour maximum time limit per session.
4. Children must be at least 3 months old to be left in the Child Care.
5. Please do not bring children who are sick.  Unhealthy children will not be admitted.
6. Please supply the child care attendant with your own supplies such as diapers, baby wipes, etc.
7. For insurance and safety purposes, children are not allowed in the gym and exercise areas.  Upon entering the club children should be brought directly to the Child Care area.
8. If children become uncontrollable, ill, or disruptive their parents will be located.  If necessary the parent will be asked to remove their child from Child Care.
9. The Child Care staff is not responsible for accidental injuries, or for any loss or damage to personal property while children are in Child Care.
10. Children are only allowed in the Child Care during scheduled hours.  Parents may not bring their own sitter to watch their children.
