Class Description
Champion Fitness - Thumbnail of DoubleStep Class #2
Basic Step
Easy to follow, non-dance step workout.  You burn calories and shape your body with a variety (but not complex) choreography.
Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate.

BodyPump
BodyPump is designed to work your whole body using a barbell with adjustable weights. Beginning with a weighted warm-up, participants are led through a series of exercises including squats, presses, lifts and curls. The focus is on correct lifting technique using light to moderate weights and high repetitions. Starting with just a 3 lb. bar, people of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from BodyPump.  As you progress, simply add weights to the barbell.  BodyPump will improve your fat burning ability and help build lean muscle, strength and endurance.  Quite simply... IT'S THE FASTEST WAY IN THE UNIVERSE TO GET IN SHAPE!

Double Step
Two Steps/Twice the fun.  Each person has two steps in this creative and challenging workout.  You'll travel from one step to the other as well as between and around.  Take your workout one step further.  Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced.

Double Step
Express
Two Steps/Twice the fun.  Each person has two steps in this creative and challenging workout.  You'll travel from one step to the other as well as between and around.  You get 30 uninterrupted minutes of all fat burning step aerobics.  Come warmed up or stay following BodyPump.  This class will keep you motivated and challenged  Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced.

Kick Boxing
All the elements of a real boxer's training program, but no punching bag or gloves are required.  You'll strengthen your legs, upper body and abs with the boxing moves -- plus you'll burn calories! Great class for the adventurous.  Come on and give it a try! For ALL fitness levels.
Low Impact A basic but interesting and fun low impact workout.  This is a non-stop fat-burning class.  You're sure to be motivated by the moves and music variety.
Difficulty: ALL fitness levels.
Pilates Pilates-inspired moves to work your entire body as an integrated whole.  You'll strengthen and elongate your muscles for the lean elegant body of a dancer/athlete.  This is a fun non-intimidating workout that creates functional strength, flexibility, and balance.  Difficulty: ALL fitness levels.

Precision Cycling
Precision Cycling offers an exciting, fun, group exercise experience that everyone, from beginners to expert cyclist can enjoy.  Guided by an instructor, with music, on a specially built stationary bike.  Riders visualize riding hills and racing across plains while burning around 500 calories in a 40 minute ride.  Bring water and a towel and be 10 minutes early for class.  Please sign up 1 day in advance.  No shows charged $10.
Difficulty: ALL fitness levels.

Step Challenge
CHOREOGRAPHY, CHOREOGRAPHY, CHOREOGRAPHY!!!  Innovative step routines to challenge the mind as well as the body.  The variety of moves, fast pace and smooth transitions make this an exciting way to burn lots of fat.  From start to finish, it is non-stop action and enthusiasm.  You won't be bored with the same old "UP-UP/DOWN-DOWN" routine.
Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced.

You get 30 un-interrupted minutes of all fat burning step aerobics.   Come warmed up or stay following BodyPump.
This class will keep you motivated and challenged.

Turbo Kick It's non-stop intensity -- from the warm-up right through the stamina-building cardio, turbo, strength and abs sections.  This is a pre-choreographed, easy to follow, kickboxing class.  You'll jab, punch, and kick as you achieve kickboxing's endurance, strength, stability, balance and mental toughness.
Difficulty: ALL fitness levels.

YogaFLEX
A user-friendly non-purist yoga program designed specially for GYMS.  YogaFLEX combines elements of the Indian concepts of HATHA Yoga with traditional exercise and stretching routines.  YogaFLEX activates the muscles, provides strength training, flexibility, balance and cardio-vascular conditioning.
This is an anti-aging, anti-stress workout.
For ALL fitness levels.
Young At Heart A just plain fun low impact aerobics class!  You'll get aerobics, balance, strength and stretch -- all in 1 hour.  The music is half the fun -- big band, broadway, swing, and oldies.
Difficulty: ALL fitness levels.
