Help Parent Project MD find a cure for Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy!

Hello Champion Family and Friends!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Hulda Grin. I am a recent graduate of Ferris State University, and I am embarking on an adventure of a lifetime. From June 8^th to July 31^st, I will be participating in a bicycle ride across the United States of America. Beginning in San Francisco and ending in New Hampshire, this trip translates into approximately 3800 miles over 52 days, biking an average of 80 miles per day across 13 states.

The "America by Bicycle Cross Country Challenge" presents a physical and mental challenge, but also an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. As many of you already know, I am riding for Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy. 

Parent Project MD is an 501(c)(3) Charity dedicated to funding research and education specifically focused on Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy. Many of you have heard of Mitchell’s Run, a five-kilometer race held in Rockford, which also raises money for Parent Project.

Many of you reading this have already contributed to this cause, and I am so grateful. For anyone still interested in donating, please contact me using the information provided.

With the help of my Champion co-workers, my journal on this web page will be updated every few days.

Thanks again to all whom have supported me on this adventure of a lifetime. I look forward to sharing all the stories and pictures with everyone upon my return.
